About

Michael Mahoney

I spent the first 29 years of my life being played.

I

Driven on the outside. Fragmenting on the inside.

Football and boxing were my identity. When those ended, I didn't know who I was without them.

I numbed it. Stayed busy. I looked productive but I felt empty. I kept moving cities while blaming the environment. Getting further from the people I loved. Further from who I was supposed to become.

Drinking to turn down the feeling of not being enough. Channeling a never-give-up mentality into arguments I had to win and deals I had to close, because losing felt like dying.

II

A few weeks before my 30th birthday the weight of it all landed at once.

On my 30th birthday I invested $60,000 into a Rich Dad Poor Dad training. Then a year later $25,000 into mindset training. I had to open 8 credit cards to put these on. In hindsight, terrible financial decisions — but it cracked something open in me. Not strategy. A hunger.

To understand how the mind, brain, and body actually work. This question drove me: Why can someone be driven and disciplined, yet still feel like they're running in the wrong direction?

That hunger led me to neuroscience, NLP, hypnosis, state training, and identity work. I went deep and never stopped.

III

What I kept finding — in myself and in every high performer I worked with after — was the same thing.

The problem was rarely skill or discipline.

It was attention they couldn't control, states they couldn't regulate, and an identity they never chose.

Over the past decade I've worked privately with entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, and athletes. People who looked successful on paper and were fragmenting internally. That work became the foundation of CONDUCTR.

Not a theory. A system built from real sessions and real transformations.

IV

CONDUCTR exists because most people don't find these tools until after the damage is done.

After years of reacting. After the identity gets installed by default. After the patterns compound.

My mission is simple. Give adults the system to conduct their own life. And give the next generation access to these tools before they spend decades finding them the hard way.

V

Outside of the work, I am a man of faith and a family man above all else.

My wife Brielle is my backbone and my energy source. My son Roman is my mission made personal.

I am building CONDUCTR Youth with him in mind — so that he, and every kid like him, has access to the interpersonal skills and training that took me decades to find.

The conductor doesn't play the instruments.
They direct what's already there.

You are not the instrument.

You are the conductor.
