People who were successful by every measure and fragmenting on the inside. The problem was rarely skill or discipline.

That work became the foundation of CONDUCTR. A system built from real sessions and real transformations.

Football and boxing were my identity. When those ended I didn't know who I was without them.

What I was living was the symptom of a mind that was never taught how to think. I just did not have that language yet.

I stayed busy and looked productive but felt empty. Kept moving cities while blaming the environment or circumstances. Drinking to turn down the feeling of not being enough. Getting further from the people I loved and further from who I was supposed to become. Channeling my never-give-up mentality from sports into arguments I had to win and deals I had to close, because losing felt like dying.

I decided to invest $60,000 into a Rich Dad Poor Dad training. Then a year later $25,000 into mindset training. I had to open 8 credit cards to put these on. In hindsight, terrible financial decisions, but it cracked something open in me. Not strategy, but a hunger to understand how the mind, brain, and body actually work.

That hunger led me to neuroscience, NLP, hypnosis, state training, and identity work. I went deep and never stopped.

My mission is to change that. To give adults the system to conduct their own life, and to give the next generation access to these tools before they spend decades finding them the hard way.

A person who knows how to direct their attention, regulate their state, and operate from a chosen identity does not just change their own life. They change every life they touch. That is the world I am building.
